Wish
Wish follows a young girl named Asha who wishes on a star and gets a more direct
answer than she bargained for when a trouble-making star comes down from the sky
to join her. This film is dedicated to Burny Mattinson, a Disney
legend who died on February 27, 2023, and has worked at Walt Disney Animation
Studios for over 70 years. Wish earns some tugs at the heartstrings with the way
it warmly references many of the studio's classics.

Kim Kardashian has agreed to a deal with seven housekeepers who
were suing her for unpaid wages. Article content The Kardashians star was
hit by a lawsuit in May 2021 from a number of former employees who had worked at
her Hidden Hills, Calif., mansion and accused her of being late with their pay,
refusing to pay overtime and to give them food breaks. Despite previous attempts
to have the case dismissed, she reached an agreement with the group.
Jimmy Kimmel is to host the Oscars for the fourth time. The
56 year old talk show host, who previously helmed the Academy Awards in 2017,
2018 and this year , is thrilled to be taking the reins for the 96th annual
ceremony on March 10, 2024, while his wife and Jimmy Kimmel Live co-head writer
Molly McNearney will serve as executive producer for the telecast.
Travis Kelce wasn’t completely surprised when Taylor
Swift changed a line in her song Karma to reference their budding romance.
During a Buenos Aires stop on her Eras Tour last weekend, the pop
star switched up the lyrics in her closing song in a nod to her burgeoning
relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end,
singing, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me.” Travis
then said he might have been give “a little bit of a clue” that Swift planned to
pay tribute to him during the show.
Roger Kastel, the artist whose painting of a shark and a swimmer
for the cover of the paperback version of Peter Benchley’s Jaws
was used as the iconic movie poster for the 1975 Steven Spielberg
classic, has died. He was 92.
Robert Downey Jr., the veteran actor currently at the

After months of speculation over who might play Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic
in Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four, the wait may be
finally over. While a deal is far from done, sources tell Deadline that
three-time Emmy nominee Pedro Pascal is in talks to play
the leader of the iconic superhero team.
The Fall Guy is crash-landing a little later than expected.
The action film, starring Ryan Gosling, was originally set to hit
theaters March 1, 2024 and will instead be released May 3, 2024, the date
originally held by Deadpool 3 before it moved to July 26, 2024.
Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group has acquired Alien
Legion, a science-fiction comic book series created by Carl Potts,
Alan Zelenetz, and Frank Cirocco, with Deadpool
director Tim Miller attached to direct.
The doors to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital are almost ready to reopen as the cast
of Grey’s Anatomy are officially back at work in preparation for
the show’s upcoming 20th season. Shonda Rhimes‘ hit medical drama
had been on shutdown due to the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, but
with both strikes now over, the show’s staff can return to production.
John Cena is joining the growing list of talk show hosts. Roku
has announced that it has greenlit a celebrity talk series, What
Drives You, hosted by Cena. It’s the wrestler and actor’s first-ever
talk series and it expands his existing relationship with Roku
