Fly Me To The Moon
Brought in to fix NASA's public image, marketing maven Kelly Jones (Scarlett
Johansson) wreaks havoc on launch director Cole Davis's (Channing
Tatum) already difficult task of putting a man on the moon. When the
White House deems the mission too important to fail, Jones is directed to stage
a fake moon landing as backup. Jim Rash excels himself as Lance
Vespertine, the camp temperamental director who fills in for the role conspiracy
theorists allege was played by Stanley Kubrick. And he is just as
demanding as Stan, take after take.

A Family Affair (Netflix)
An unexpected romance triggers comic consequences for a
young woman, her mother, and her boss, grappling with
the complications of love, sex, and identity. Zac
Efron and Nicole Kidman have real
chemistry and Joey King is surprisingly
convincing as the bratty but loving daughter. Plus
Kathy Bates steals the scenes she's in. This
film stands out in terms of writing, not too try hard
gen-z writing when it comes to the younger characters
which I appreciated. Overall funny, clever and cozy,
especially if you have a soft spot for any of the actors
involved.
