Kinds Of Kindness
A man seeks to break free from his predetermined path, a cop questions his
wife's (Emma Stone) demeanor after her return from a supposed
drowning, and a woman searches for an extraordinary individual prophesied to
become a renowned spiritual guide. A triptych fable, following a man without

Presumed Innocent (AppleTV+)
Inspired by Scott Turow's beloved
courtroom thriller, Presumed Innocent is the story of a
horrific murder that upends the Chicago Prosecuting
Attorneys' office when one of its own is suspected of
the crime. Multi-Emmy Award winner Kelley
reimagines Presumed Innocent, exploring obsession, sex,
politics, and the power and limits of love, as the
accused fights to hold his family and marriage together.
Though Jake Gyllenhaal and Peter
Sarsgaard play adversaries, they have been real life
brothers in law since Sarsgaard married Jake's sister
Maggie in 2009.

Brats (Hulu)
Centers on 1980s films starring the 'Brat Pack'
and their profound impact on the young stars' lives.
Andrew McCarthy makes an earnest attempt to
put his own struggles with what I always just assumed
was a convenient turn of the Sinatra and friend's super
cool "Rat Pack" nickname, into an 80s-ready contrivance
for a hack reporter to weild as a cudgel against a
coterie of successful actors who were younger and more
talented than he was, to rest. And in the end McCarthy
does seem to make peace with the 'Brat Pack' moniker and
its implications. McCarthy reached out to Judd
Nelson to join The Brat Pack reunion but Nelson
"politely declined".
The Buzz...
There were moments during filming on I Am: Celine Dion
where documentarian Irene Taylor wanted to put the camera down.
Dion, 56, was diagnosed with the debilitating illness in 2022, but in a new
Prime Video documentary, Taylor reveals that the My Heart
Will Go On hitmaker didn’t learn the true nature of her
affliction until they were well into shooting on the film.
Prince William is said to have taken his children to Taylor
Swift’s Wembley Stadium gig. The prince, who was
celebrating his 42nd birthday, is believed to have booked a private box to
attend the much anticipated show with Prince George, 10,
Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six. The
concert marked the first of eight dates that Taylor, 34, will play at Wembley on
her record breaking The Eras Tour and she hailed the 89,000 strong
crowd at the London venue.
Amid rumours that the couple is headed for divorce, Ben Affleck is
opening up about how he has struggled to deal with his wife Jennifer
Lopez’s level of fame. In a conversation with Kevin Hart for
his Hart to Heart show, the Academy Award-winner
called himself “a little bit shy” and admitted that he doesn’t crave “a lot of
attention.”
Apple Original Film, A24 and Jennifer
Lawrence are reteaming for a new feature film. Landing on top of a
competitive situation, Apple has acquired murder mystery package The
Wives, which has Lawrence attached to star and produce.
Ti West and A24 pulled off a killer surprise Thursday
night, unveiling an early screening of their upcoming slasher movie Maxxxine
to a group of unsuspecting horror fans.
Kevin Costner is officially on to new horizons. The actor has hung
up his Yellowstone hat, ruling out a return to the long-gestating final
episodes of the hit Paramount Network series.
The fourth episode of The Boys Season 4 has landed, and it's
already being regarded as the best of the season so far. With a stellar 9.1 star
rating on IMDb,
Taylor Wily, the former sumo wrestler who was a scene-stealer in
the Hawaii Five-0 reboot and projects such as “Forgetting
Sarah Marshall,” died on Thursday at 56 years old. No cause of
death has yet been revealed.
