Last Breath
A heart-pounding film that follows seasoned deep-sea divers as they battle the
raging elements to rescue their crew mate trapped hundreds of feet below the

in his backup tank. Last Breath is absolutely an incredible story how a crew is
up against time and severe weather to save Chris. This lifesaving effort puts

Genre blending takes a bold turn in The Gorge, a
dystopian romance infused with mystery, thriller and
horror elements. This star-studded film follows two
operatives (played by Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy)
stationed on opposite sides of a massive gorge, tasked
with guarding the world from the sinister threat lurking
at the bottom. Isolated from everyone else, the pair
form a unique long-distance bond that grows deeper over
time. But their connection—and their survival skills—are
put to the ultimate test when the dark secret of what
lies within the gorge begins to surface.

A Thousand Blows (Hulu)
Inspired by the true life stories of a group of
characters battling for survival in the brutal East End
of London in the 1880s. Hezekiah Moscow and Alec Munroe,
best friends on the run from Jamaica, find themselves
thrust into the criminal underbelly of London’s thriving
bare-knuckle boxing scene. As Hezekiah finds fortune and
fame through the art of pugilism, he attracts the
attention of the infamous Queen of the Forty Elephants,
Mary Carr, who sets about exploiting his talents to
further her criminal enterprise. Meanwhile the menacing
and self-declared emperor of the East End boxing world,
Sugar Goodson, determines to destroy Hezekiah whose
ambitions to fight in the West End threatens everything
he has built. What ensues is a battle of the old world
against the new.

Daryl Hall has dashed hopes that he’ll
ever reunite with his onetime musical associate John
Oates, who he broke up with nearly two years ago.
After more than a half century of making music together,
Hall, 78, sued Oates, 76, in late 2023 accusing him of
the “ultimate partnership betrayal” after the latter
initiated the sale of his stake in their joint
publishing company.
Singer Lizzo has been on a weight loss journey,
which she has been documenting on social media for
months now. She celebrated reaching her weight release
goal this January. On the red carpet at the Vanity
Fair Oscar Party, which was hosted
at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts,
Lizzo looked absolutely fantastic in a fitted black
dress with a sheer skirt and a fitted bodice.

the tail end of a troubled awards cycle.
