whimsical light-comedic touch, as we hope she ends up with the better of both
destinies, while the fickle finger of fate slightly guides her. Entertaining,
amusing, and sure to keep you guessing right up to the crowd pleasing ending.

Tomorrow Never Dies
007 takes on an evil media
baron who wants to start a war to boost subscriptions to his newspapers and
satellite channels. Joining in his efforts to thwart the villain is action
heroine Michelle Yeoh as a secret agent who almost out-Bonds the hero. In only
his second outing, Pierce Brosnan brings his own presence to the title character, with
one of the best of the series since the last of the Connery epics.
The Buzz...
One of the biggest events of the
concert season is turning 5. Edgefest 5 will take place at Apple River in
Somerset Wisconsin Memorial Day weekend. This years massive two day blast will
feature over 25 bands including Green Day, Soul Asylum, Scott Weiland,
Brother Cane, Semisonic and the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, just to name
a few.
ABC is considering moving The
Drew Carey Show to Tuesday nights, where it will go head to head with NBC
superhit Frasier. Drew has trounced his current time slot rival Third
Rock From The Sun, but the conflict may be avoided if Frasier is moved to
the Thursday slot vacated by Seinfeld.
Talk show titan Jerry
Springer has allegedly been caught on tape during a sexual tryst with 21
year old porn star Kendra Jade and her 28 year old step mom, both
previous guests on his show. Springer is reportedly trying to take action
against the London tabloid that released the story citing his right to privacy.

Some staffers on Seinfeld
tried to take a piece of the show with them. Days after the final taping,
security cameras recorded the theft of the intercom off the wall of Jerry's
apartment, along with a few other items. All were returned after an angry call
from the show's star, who kept the door to his digs for himself.
Billy Joel postponed the
last two shows on his East Coast mini-tour due to a respiratory infection. He
is expected to be ready for his upcoming world tour with Elton John.
And while on the topic of Sir
Elton, it seems as if there has been a split with the international superstar
singer and his manager of over 27 years, John Reid. Reid has helped John
amass a quarter of a billion dollar fortune to date.
NBC is planning a 12-hour epic
based on early stories in the Old Testament and culminating in the birth
of Christ. The series will be shown over six consecutive nights, with an
estimated price tag of $150 million.
Marvel announced they
have teamed with SealMaster Racing Team in the sponsorship of a NASCAR
truck enhanced with an emblazoned image of Thor.
Terry Farrell, who has
said at several conventions she will not be returning as Dax on Deep Space
Nine, has landed the female lead in the new CBS sitcom, Becker
starring Ted Danson.
Crime novelist James Ellroy
(L.A. Confidential) will write his first TV drama pilot, L.A. Sheriff''s
Homicide, which may pop up as a midseason replacement on NBC.
Seagram's is reportedly
in talks with Philips Electronics to buy its 75% share of the
PolyGram music and entertainment
