Pac-Man World
Pac-Man is certainly the most famous video game character of all time and
believe it or not, hes about to turn 20. To celebrate, Namco has released an
incredibly fun-filled game featuring three very different modes of play wrapped
into one package. The first, Quest Mode, is a 3D-platform style game in which
Pac-Man must run, jump, swim, fly and, of course, eat his way through a myriad
of levels, unlocking secret mazes and saving his friends. The levels are laden
with hidden power-ups, puzzles and various foes that need to be dealt with in
order to complete the game. Quest Mode is absolutely addicting, with enough
depth to make it fun for the older crowd yet not so difficult as to discourage
the kiddies.

Korn
Issues
Five years and several million records later, Korn is ready to blast
all non-believers to Kingdom Come with its fourth album, Issues. Steering away
from the hip-hop dabbling that dotted 1998's Follow The Leader, Issues strikes a
rebellious, gut-wrenching, and emotionally naked stance. On the album opener
Dead, David Silveria sings "All I want is to be happy" over the wail of
bagpipes. Korn has managed to forge a career making public these kinds of
personal, deep-seeded issues, and their fans wouldn't want it any other way.

Run Lola Run
A surprise German hit, first on the international and now art-house circuit,
about a young woman who has 20 minutes to help her boyfriend out of a jam. He's
botched a dope deal and lost a bag of money that belongs to his gangster boss.
Lola sets off to help him, and her journey is told three different ways, each
time altering key events that change the outcome. The film is fast, kinetic,
and exciting, using animation, music video flashes, jump cuts and fragmented
time to propel the multiple story lines. An original film to say the least.
