Disciplined Breakdown, but do showcase the group's new state of calm and
stability. Whereas previous releases form this talented quintet spewed anger and
turmoil, Dosage represents positive change.

Mickey Mouse will star
this weekend in the world premiere of his first cartoon short since 1953, Mick
will make his big comeback in the 7 1/2-minute Mickey's New Car, as part of a
Disney animation special airing Saturday on ABC.
Model and actress Alley
Baggett has signed an exclusive deal with Action Toys to produce comics and
toys of a character based on her likeness called Alley Cat. Baggett is one of
the most popular models today, and listed as one of the Top 10 most downloaded
women on the internet.
The X-Files may be
nearing its end on TV, and producer-writer Chris Carter is promising to
wrap up all the running mysteries by the time the last episode airs. He's also
promising that the series will live on, in the movies.
An appeal by Baywatch
producers to the Australian government to help subsidize the television show's
anticipated move to that country has touched off an uproar down under. The
producers claim that the move to the beach community of Avalon, near Sydney,
could cost $11 million.
The much-hyped Victoria's
Secret webcast turned out to be something of a bust, as many people who
tried to access the site were reportedly unable to do so and those who did
witnessed only snowy, jerky, out-of-focus pictures.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is
in serious talks to revive the epic action film Crusade with producer-financier
Arnon Milchan.
Gene Siskel has been
ordered by his doctors to take a six-month leave of absence from all his
activities. Siskel, 53, underwent surgery to remove a small growth from his
brain last May.
TVs Happy Days is
becoming a musical. It opens in England this month with none other than Henry
Winkler, who played Arthur Fonzie Fonzarelli in the TV series, as backstage
adviser.
After a two-year struggle with Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, Star
Trek: Deep Space Nine has reclaimed its position as the top-rated syndicated
drama.
Warner Bros. has committed to a
new version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Brillstein-Grey
Entertainment will produce the film for Warner Bros., which owns the 1971 film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory starring Gene Wilder.
Wesley Snipes will
recreate his role as a half-human, half-vampire superhero from Blade, the 1998
movie from New Line based on the Marvel comic of the same name.

Andrew Lloyd Webber has
suspended plans to produce a film version of The Phantom of the Opera and
has instead decided to make his less-well-known Aspects of Love his next film
